The most beautiful places in Wales...

Wales territory is not large. However, despite this its area was built over four locks. The most impressive fortresses are erected decision of King Edward I, forming the so-called 'Iron Ring'.


The capital of Wales-Cardiff is also famous for its wonderful sights. The main monument of the city is Cardiff Castle. Other interesting places are: Llandaff Cathedral, Castle Coch, as well as numerous museums and art galleries. The city is also a lot of green areas and parks. One of them is Bute Park.

Wales lies on the Irish Sea in the south-western part of the United Kingdom.The capital of Wales is Cardiff.Wales is famous for its scenic routes, magnificent golf courses and botanical gardens.There are many small, traditional villages and a town famous for the longest name in the world, or Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. While in North Wales should also go for a steam train.

The most beautiful places in Scotland...

  Definitely a place worth visiting in Scotland's is Loch Ness. Popularity is due in particular monster called 'Nessie', which allegedly has inhabited its depths. Loch Ness is the most famous lake in Scotland.

Scotland is a country that is part of the United Kingdom.

Scotland occupies the northern part of the island of Great Britain. In the south of the previously described my England. The capital of Scotland is Edinburgh, it's largest city is Glasgow.Scotland is famous primarily known for the world famous Loch Ness. Of course, the most recognizable feature is a Scottish kilts and bagpipes. However, the culture of this country will try to explain in subsequent posts.

The most beautiful places in England...

Tourists traveling to England, mostly focused on the nation's capital - London. It is one of the largest cities in Europe, as well as the world center of cultural, economic and financial. In this city you can find historic buildings and museums filled with fascinating exhibits in various areas of life and history.

 One of the most visited places in England's is Stonehenge.This is one of the most famous European buildings of stone. It is located in the south of England. Is very popular because it is still a mystery. Probably the building was supposed to be a symbol of the moon and the sun and the place of worship of the Druids. It was built in prehistoric times, actually one knows how.

Another place to visit is Hyde Park. Included in one of several royal parks. It is a popular meeting place for social and cultural events. On Sunday mornings traditionally Hyde Park turns into a place of speeches and debates. You can then express their views on various topics. Hyde Park is also the site of many concerts, including The Rolling Stones, Madonna and Queen. Of course in Hyde Park and spend a leisurely stroll round a pleasant afternoon.

Of course, being in England, you can visit many other very interesting places. However, I chose these two. A few others, such as Big Ben, the Tower of London, the River Thames and the London Eye Ferris mentioned in previous posts. England is full of monuments and sites, which you can not fail to visit. England, along with a number of world-famous universities is one of the leading countries of this important scientific background. The famous universities located here, Cambridge, Oxford, Birmingham, Bradford, Southampton and many other great educate the world and also a place often visited by tourists. While in England can also visit the cities of Manchaster, Plymouth, Nottingham and many smaller university towns. Culture and customs of Britain...

United Kingdom combines the culture and customs of many nationalities.

British people are very attached to their currency. In their country continue to pay pounds and although the UK membership of the European Union euro does not have a chance.

Britain has among other drive on the left, or 'tea time'. However, I think each of us the first thing that comes to mind is a red double decker buses, a typical London phone booths, Big Ben,Scottish kilts and Irish dance. These are the most recognizable features of the country.

Let's start from the beginning ...

The United Kingdom is said to be commonly England or the United Kingdom. However, England is just the name of one of the parts making up the whole country and Great Britain is an island that contains England, Scotland and Wales. Full name of the State is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Great Britain is a monarchy with a parliamentary government responsible to Parliament. The capital city is London. The current British monarch is Queen Elizabeth II, who ascended the throne in 1952 and was crowned in 1953. Today, its functions are mainly ceremonial, and the real authority rests in the hands of the prime minister.
